Why Hugo's hands are that big, I'll never know. That seems like a liberty of your own. His hands were never featured to be that big in the game, or in the game art.

And I just realized that Makoto looks like a monkey.

Please do Gill! Even if he was a terribly designed boss, he is still a family to the SF universe.
Needlessly to say, I would love to see a Gill one as well just to complete the whole "boss" feel along with the likes of Bison, Akuma, Q, maybe Seth, and Gill. :)
